Borislav Petrov performs proffesionally on drums since age 19. He began his career with in Bulgaria, as a member of the pop-rock band "Slang" and the experimental folk-fusion band "Brainstorm"
Bulgarian pianist/composer/producer Dimitar Bodurov (1979) has been residing in The Netherlands since 2000 where he graduated jazz piano and composition with cum laude. Having roots in both jazz improvisation and classical composition Bodurov established his artistic presence by integrating Bulgarian folklore in his music in a quite distinctive manner.
Dimitar Liolev (7/01/1973) is a second generation professional musician. He is a graduate of both the Secondary Music School and the Academy of Music in Plovdiv, with piano and fagotto as his majors. In 2002 Dimitar got accepted at the Prins Claus Conservatory in Groningen, the Netherlands. There he graduated from the “New York Comes To Groningen” program.
Mihail Ivanov - Misho was born on the 5th of November in Sofia, Bulgaria. He started taking piano lessons at the age of 8, studied classical guitar from the age of 11. At age 17 he started playing the double bass under the guidance of his father, a professional double bass player.In 2002 he was enrolled at the jazz department of the ‘Conservatorium van Amsterdam’. In 2006 he obtained his bachelor degree.
”Sensational“ (Die Presse, Schaufenster) ” ...incredible trumpeter...“ (Kurier, Freizeit) Alexander Alexandrov Wladigeroff was born on 17.08.1978 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He began playing the trumpet at the age of 9. Alexander has the music in his blood. His grandfather is the famous Bulgarian composer Pantcho Wladigeroff (1899 - 1978 ).
Born in Helsinki, Finland to the family of legendary Bulgarian drummer Peter Slavov Sr, Peter has been playing bass since the age of twelve. While studying classical music, Peter attempted jazz and soon became the busiest bassist on the scene in Bulgaria, playing with the country’s finest musicians and touring Europe extensively.
Vladimir Karparov from Berlin is widely known for his lyrical Bulgarian kind Ethno Jazz play as ecstatic. In 1996 he won the prize “Best Young Jazz Musician of the Year” in Bulgaria.
